Once you have purchased track time with Track Day Winner you affirm that you are fully committed to attending the event and will not request nor expect any refund or credit whatsoever. We offer no refunds, nor do we offer credits (full or partial) in the event you cannot attend.
You are allowed to sell your spot to another person up to (5) business days before the event. THAT RIDER MUST CURRENTLY BE IN THE SAME RIDING GROUP AS YOU PURCHASED TRACK TIME FOR. A CAN SELL TO A, I CAN SELL TO I, AND N CAN SELL TO N.
Here is how that should happen:
I will send you and the person who purchased your track time a confirmation email letting you know that the transfer is completed!
CRASHING / MECHANICAL / BAD WEATHER CREDIT / REFUND POLICY
You and you alone are in control of your motorcycle both before you arrive and while you are out on the racetrack.
If you have properly inspected and prepped your bike prior to arrival, then your bike will be ready to ride. If you ride within your limits while on the racetrack you should stay vertical throughout the event, win the track day, and go home with your bike in one piece and a big smile on your face! However, if you crash or have a mechanical issue at any time during the event, we assume no responsibility or liability for any injuries, for any damage to or issues with your bike, or for any lost track time.
We do not offer refunds or credits for any lost or missed track time due to a mechanical failure or if you crash. We do not offer any credits or refunds for lost track time due to other participants crashing or other participants having mechanical issues that require down time to respond to. We ride rain or shine and offer no credits or refunds for any lost track time due to inclement weather!
We do not. We have to pay the track up front for the rental and must depend on you to make that same commitment. If you find that you cannot attend you are free to sell your spot but no refunds or credits are offered.
You bet we do, and at EVERY TDW event too! Our tire vendor is Affordable Moto Service - they sell all sorts of gear, parts, and offer great prices on super sticky DUNLOP street and race tires!
I get this one all the time. I cannot respond to private inquiries about how many spots are available at any event. I try and post up available spots on our Facebook page when we get close to the event.
We tried this a while back but the interest was very low so no, we do not offer gear rentals.
We do not rent motorcycles due to several factors - most importantly the liability factor in the event you crash and get hurt (it's always the bikes fault, right??).
We do not. Our coaches will work closely with you to help you reach your goals, but outside coaching from anyone except our staff is not allowed at our events.
Sorry but no. Due to insurance requirements everyone must pre-register through our 3rd party registration site MotorsportReg. If you want to ride with us, you must pre-register for an event. Registration will close 2 days before each event - no additional registrations will be accepted after that time.
We almost always offer limited early bird pricing at some of our events but nobody comes close to our prices AND we provide a nice dinner almost every Saturday night to thank you and to offer social time for us all to get together off the track.
If you are new to Track Day Winner you will automatically be assigned to our NOVICE group. If you are currently classified as an Intermediate or Advanced rider with another organization, please send a screenshot of your current riding group credentials via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will consider making the change to allow you to sign up with a higher skill level group.
DO NOT REGISTER FOR NOVICE IF YOU CAN SHOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED TO RIDE IN A HIGHER SKILLED GROUP!!
